Abstract :
The authors investigate photonic switching in GaAs/AlAs multiple quantum well (MQW) structures integrated with quaterwave stacks for optical logic devices. Switching contrast of 3:1 is achieved at about 4 mW control power. The realization of several logical functions is demonstrated
