Abstract
Tuning of LiNbO3 Z-propagating Ti:diffused directional coupler structures is described, using a short proton exchange process followed by annealing. DC structures can be tuned by 43% while retaining low-loss properties (0.3 dB/cm excess with over 100 minutes annealing)
