Abstract :
The purpose of this paper is to analyze in time the dimensioning of the electric supply, in relation to a growth of the energy demand supported by a regional economic growth. In France, Corsicapsilas island constitutes a specific case of study, from its statute of area not inter-connected with the electrical network of the metropolis. First of all, we will distinguish the principal technological innovations from production and consumption equipments, which are planned by the Corsicapsilas territorial collectivity. Then, will be studied alternative scenarios, in order to consider other energy futures of the island. Finally, these various options will insert into the methodological framework of multicriteria evaluation, and aid to decision of public policies.
