Abstract :
This paper demonstrates the first high performance LWIR InAs/GaSb SL focal plane array (FPA) with 10.1 μm cutoff wavelength based on n-CBIRD (complimentary barrier IR detector) device structure. The operability was defined as the percentage of pixels having noise equivalent temperature difference (NEAT) within 3σ of the NEAT histograms taken at 300 K background with f/2 cold shield.
