Abstract :
Intensified market competition forces the enterprises to seek competitive advantage through supply chain, so selecting right suppliers to ally with becomes a new source to gain competitive advantage from. In the cooperation of enterprises and suppliers, there is an interactive knowledge transfer. Compared with quality, price and other criteria, knowledge harmony should weight more as one of the criteria for enterprises to select their supplier in the 21st century, which regards knowledge as the key competitive factor. Knowledge interactive transfer model is constructed in this paper, and the knowledge harmony mechanism and the performance of alliance is analyzed. Based on these, an evaluation system for selecting alliance providers is established with respects of knowledge cooperation and knowledge adaptation, and it is demonstrated through evidential reasoning approach. The evaluation system provides enterprise a new way and evaluation system to select proper suppliers to ally with.
