Abstract
Differential tensor equation of the motion of waves under the simultaneous effect of rigid and gravitational forces is derived. Phase velocity of gravitational waves is determined on the basis of the above mentioned equation and experimental seismic researches of the Earth. General solutions of the problems of analysis and synthesis of hydro-acoustic arrays located in the water with confined liquid boundaries of arbitrary geometry are obtained
