  • Abstract
    The information-sharing on supply chain is the basis for the supply chain management, while it has some risk. The existence of destructive risk is the main obstacles for the information-sharing among the members. There must weigh the profits and risks and seek to maximize the interests under the premise of controlling destructive risk effectively in the information-sharing on supply chain. The different combination of the information-sharing has different members and different risks. The paper use of CVaR (conditional value at risk) tools to study the estimation of destructive risk and the decision-making of risk combination quantitatively. Under the premise of controlling destructive risk effectively, the supply chain can optimize the interests of information-sharing according to the different risk preferences.
