Abstract :
A fuzzy compatibility model is developed for innovative team selection which takes into account the match between the innovative capabilities possessed by each individual and the innovative capabilities needed for each team. The algorithm uses the fuzzy construct of compatibility to measure the degree of a person´s innovative capabilities set adapt to the goal set for team. By individual fuzzy compatibility measures, the team is formed based on combined levels of compatibility and acceptable levels of capabilities defined by team. A demonstration comparison is presented to prove model´s validity.
