Abstract :
We experimentally demonstrate on-chip efficient LSPR sensing in a device consisting of plasmonic nanoresonators integrated with silicon nitride photonic waveguides. A sensitivity of 168nm/RIU and a coupling efficiency of 8% to individual nanoresonators are demonstrated.
