Abstract :
As various application services are provided over the Internet, identity federation is becoming an important issue. On the other hand, application service providers have different authentication requirements to provide their services. For example, banking services often require stronger authentication than e-commerce service. This paper proposes identity provider (IdP) proxy providing stronger authentication by combining multiple IdPs´ authentication to support multiple levels of authentication.
