Abstract :
We show the sequential operation of three non-adiabatic single-electron pumps combined with single electron charge detection. Operating pumps in pulsed mode we determine the pump-error rate by counting. The simultaneous operation of the three pumps is investigated. The used architecture improves upon the error-rate of the bare individual device yielding a more accurate compound device.
