Abstract :
We extend the gate repetition rate of matched delay line transient cancellation to achieve 50 MHz photon counting with low after-pulsing and to study after-pulsing effects in InGaAs/InP Geiger-mode avalanche diodes using sub-nanosecond gated operation.
