Abstract :
The traditional manual method for measuring shock wave parameters is inefficient and poor robustness, and neglects the dynamic character of the flow field. In this paper, an automatic measurement system measuring shock wave parameters is designed for SB301 wind tunnel platform according to image analysis, and the techniques and measuring procedures of the method are described. In this measuring system, an image edge detection method combining Sobel operator and flexible morphology is proposed, accordingly overcome the shortcoming of flexible morphology method losing partial edge, and the anti-noise ability is better than conventional gradient detection operator; the fast moment algorithm based on Delta is improved, consequently eliminates the limitation of Delta method only adapting to horizontal continuous image. The results for measuring shock wave parameters in plane cascade flow field show that the method is highly active and actuate one and can satisfy the precision and robustness requirement in blade profile design
