    The experimental results of observations of phase heterogeneity in the air medium by the methods of classic and speckle-interferometry are presented. On the basis of comparative analysis of spectrographs the features and conformity to the law of phase heterogeneities influence on the characteristics of sounding laser radiation are exposed
