Abstract :
We present the results of calculations of the spectral characteristics of finite length 1D PC with air-glass-doped layers. For these calculations we used the transfer matrix formalism. We present also the results of calculation accounting nonlinear deformation of the field distribution along the structure due to gain and refraction index saturation.
