Abstract
A coupled-resonator device consisting of three compact microresonators is proposed and demonstrated for reconfigurable four wave mixing (FWM) in silicon. We demonstrate the reconfiguration of the signal/idler wavelengths for the first time in a resonator-based nonlinear device.
