After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE\´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

With the rapidly development of computer and network technology, application of Web-based learning and education management attention has been paid. To encourage open-source software into the fields of education, is the focus of current research on education technology. Atutor is an excellent open-source E-learning management platform. Carriing on the detailed explanation of building an online course management platform, and taking the curriculum case of "buoyancy research" in physics of secondary school, to describe and discusse of Atutor\´s major role in the field of present education. At last, provide another good case study of the open-source software in Chinese educational informationization besides Moodle.
