    Confronting weak ability problem of independent innovation of our national automobile industry, to construct independent innovation ability evaluation system with level analysis method and obscure complex evaluation method as the means, meanwhile to make verification of functionality of evaluation system taking Brilliance auto as an example. To help national auto enterprises master its independent innovation ability current status scientifically and objectively, find its existing problems, and provide decision basis to promote national auto industry independent innovation ability in an all around way.
