Abstract :
The basic problems of the cooperative application the dielectric constant and permeance, including its corresponding series from the electrostatic intensity and the magnetizing force respectively, are discussed. The tensor product of these quantities is represented. The basic ways of its applications in relaxed optics are analyzed too
