This Based on China´s conditions and the characteristics of the special group of new generation farmers, this paper probes the research framework of human resource capacity structure of the new generation farmers, discusses the factors of new generation farmer human resource capacity, and constructs the measurement model of new generation farmers human resource capacity, which establishes the research basis for human resource capacity building of the new generation farmers.
