Abstract :
In the report the method of realization of high-precision measurement of length of the optical fiber based on a principle of working of the circuit of optical "extinction" of polarized laser radiation is discussed. On the basis of the given method it is planned upgrades of the State standard of energy units of capacity and time of distribution of laser pulse and continuous radiation of very-low levels in material mediums
