Abstract :
In the report, the outcomes of a building of a system of stabilization and measurement of the main frequency parameters of optical frequency combs of femtosecond laser are submitted. For measurement fceo it is offered to use He-Ne/127I 2 laser (lambda = 0.63 mum) with stabilization on hyperfine components "f". Usage He-Ne/127I2 laser for stabilization frequency combs will allow to create a means of measurement of absolute frequencies of radiation of semiconducting lasers in optical and near IR ranges
