After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE\´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

At present, integrated innovation is an important and effective approach to the enterprise\´s technological innovation. This paper argues that only through the effective integration of various elements can enterprise produce "1 + 1 >; 2" integration effect and realize innovation, a case study of Geely\´s deal for Volvo in technological integration is used to illustrate this.
