Abstract :
In the paper, the possibility of the development of an optical power limiter based on intensity-dependent reflectivity spectrum variation of nonlinear ID photonic crystal is investigated. The analytical expression for necessary dependence of the reflectivity on the radiation intensity is presented and the parameters fitting of the mentioned dependence for the considered structure is implemented
