Abstract :
With the global economy recovery, exports of Chinese enterprises gradually recover after the trough in the sub-prime crisis. However, the huge trade surplus of china suffered with the US-led developed countries´ pressure to an unprecedented rate. Based on the basic theory of elasticity, with the combination of empirical research, on the basis of textile industry exports, the discourse put forward a reasonable range of the RMB exchange rate index and holds the view that the appreciation of the RMB exchange rate has nothing to do with the huge trade surpluses. On this premise, the article construct the core competitive model of textile export heterogeneity of enterprise, explore development ideas of China´s textile industry, and come to the acceptability and availability of the RMB exchange rate fluctuations; It can be concluded that the development fundamental of export enterprises of the heterogeneity is to introduce scientific management organizational model, change management concepts and methods of production, subdivision market and enhance the core competitiveness.
