Abstract :
Technology transformation is not only the core issues about building an innovation-oriented country and promoting independent innovation, but also the weakest link in China´s independent innovation system. Based on summarizing current characteristics of the present stage of technology transformation, the analysis of major problem about developing the role of innovation subject, which are existed in technology transformation, is presenting with corresponding refreshing ideas for development.
