Abstract :
Many countries made related legislation on communication wiretapping as a way of obtaining evidence against criminal activities. We elaborate the technology of the PC-to-PC Internet Phone used in the Skype and discuss the characteristics and validity of the electronic records and its evidentiary effect. The analysis on electronic records is important to determine the legal impact along with the technology advances.
