Abstract :
This paper describes the SCL developed software tool for evaluation of measurement uncertainties by MCM. The tool has two major components- the MCM Main Program (in MATLAB) and the Measurement Model Generator (in Visual Basic). Built-in features are implemented in accordance with the validation criterion stipulated in GS11, to check if the GUM uncertainty framework (GUF) is applicable.
