Based on the analysis of foreign oil company the construction of Sinopec technology innovation system

With using a comparative analysis method, this paper put forward a technology innovation system of oil industry in the current international prevailing. The internationalization and integration are the constant trend. On the basis of extensive investigation and detailed analysis of the technical innovation system of Stumberger, baker Hughes and Halliburton, and using this as reference, this paper constructs a technical innovation system of Sinopec. It has three levels and nine and layers of technology innovation system, and there are two characteristic of internationalization and integration. Meanwhile this paper would provide the beneficial reference for the technical innovation system of Chinese petroleum engineering company.
