  • Abstract
    The development of modern enterprise can not lack of the correct strategic management, while the right connection of social responsibility and Critical Management is an effective measure to maintain the sustainable development of modern enterprise. If a business wants to make more progress, it needs to learn the skill and means about Crisis Management to embody its social responsibility. The implement of Crisis Management of Japan´s Hitachi is a successful case, which carried out the measure of “job-waiting and wage reduction” in stead of layoffs to create crisis sense to win market profits during the oil crisis in 1970s. This paper tries to demonstrate the positive relations between enterprise social responsibility and Crisis Management and to explore the appropriate ways and means to operate the new enterprise strategy.
