The counterfeit and fake products have been rampant increasingly. It has not only affected the quality of people´s lives and the stability of our society, but also hampers the development of our country´s economy. How to deal with this phenomenon has became a concerning problem in the process of economic mechanism switch. This article has presented a discussion among kind of communities in market by the method of gambling, analyzing the reason for their existence and correspondingly proposing the countermeasures.
