Innovation research of publishing based on project management mechanism

The article depicts the features of project management mechanism and the application of publishing and sums up constituent system and evaluation system of project management mechanism in publishing, combining the development and trends of modern publishing. It divides project management system of publishing into five systems: topic-aiming control system, quality management control system, talent management control system, investment management control system and benefit management control system. In the article, the author not only analyses its concrete integration in detail, but also points out how publishing applies a series of mechanisms to improve efficiency as well as enterprise competition. In the end, the author, combining publishing´s development of digital era, comes up with that under this background, publishing should introduce project management mechanism as early to adopt new competitive environment.
