  • Abstract
The paper studies the reliability of thermal control shutter worm gear mechanism to ensure the smooth completion of thermal control task of lunar exploration satellite service module´s radiating surface. The method of fuzzy reliability is used to the optimal design, which takes nodule, worm number and diameter coefficient as design variables and takes the minimal volume of corona of worm gear and transmission efficiency of worm as object functions. This paper establishes the worm-drive mathematical model of fuzzy optimization and the basic way of optimum solution. Compared with the original design concept, the volume of corona of worm gear reduces by 34.01% compared with original target value, and the drive efficiency increases 10.96%. And the results of reliability optimization design are verified by ANSYS/PDS tool.
