Abstract :
This work proposes a deployment scheme of fountain code for delay-sensitive video transmission over wireless packet-switching networks. As the number of source symbols increases, the performance of fountain code improves but delay increases. To solve this problem we investigate the design of fountain code and propose an effective source symbol selection algorithm to eliminate predominant correlation to specific packets.
