  • Abstract
    We have developed a line-scanning angled fluorescent laminar optical tomography (LS-aFLOT) system. This system enables three-dimensional imaging of fluorescent-labeled stem cell distribution within engineered tissue scaffold over a several-millimeter field-of-view.
