Abstract :
The computational method of flickering is discussed closely and a new advanced method based on the FFT algorithm is put forward. In the course of a test environment that is IEC regulated, a simulation based on Matlab is completed. The test proves that the new method can both simplify the calculation and meet the requirements of accuracy that IEC demand.
