Abstract :
A fully integrated direct-conversion mixer for 2- 11 GHz WiMAX receiver is proposed. An improved current- reuse bleeding technique and LC matching network allows the mixer attained 22.8 to 21.5 dB conversion gains for the full band. Designed in TSMC 0.18mum CMOS technology with 1.8 V supply voltage, the simulated data for IIP3 and power consumption are 4 to 5.5 dB and 11.322 mW, respectively.
