Abstract
A new structure to obtain low output voltage (3.3 V) from the AC mains is proposed in this paper. The power conversion is carried out in two stages. The first one is in charge of the power factor correction (PFC), whereas the second one provides low output voltage (3.3 V) with very high efficiency, by means of self driven synchronous rectification in a half bridge AC/DC converter with complementary control
