Abstract :
A CFD (computational fluid dynamics) software Fluent is applied to numerical simulation for gaspsilas thermal and flow fields in consecutive diffusing furnace. The results of simulation meet producing requirement. The data of temperature field and velocity field of numerical simulation is used to access to development package Open Inventor developed by VR (virtual reality) system. The visualization of engineering analysis on temperature field and velocity field of gas in consecutive diffusing furnace is realized by combining C++ on VC platform. The visualization of engineering analysis of gaspsilas thermal and flow fields can visually and distinctly show temperature and velocity distribution inside diffusing furnace. The process parameters are adjusted in time so as to provide theoretical basis for optimizing process of consecutive diffusing furnace.
