Abstract :
A THz reflection imaging system is demonstrated based on a 124×124 pyroelectric array camera and a CO2 pumped continuous-wave (CW) THz laser. Self-made resolution charts were employed to test the imaging resolution. Real-time imaging experiments were carried out to test the system´s imaging property. Experimental results demonstrate that clear THz images of objects could be produced and the profiles could be resolved by averaging 5 frames´ images. And when 30 frames of images are averaged, the resolution could reach up to 0.6mm.
