Abstract :
The PID controller with its inherent shortcoming leads to the inefficiency of operation when it is used in the nonlinear and long time-constant control field. A first-order inertia system is designed to compose intelligent track guiding, the rationality in the whole process of the set value changing is programmed and the validity of assistant control of the derivative signal is introduced in this paper, the control target is carried out by realizing the process control of guiding track. It is easy to get that the essential of the algorithm is a variational PI controller by analyzing the algorithm, however, the performance and robustness of the control algorithm have been improved evidently with the accurate set value and effective regulation. Simulation results verify that the algorithm is reasonable and prevalent.
