Abstract :
The industrial symbiosis theory is an effective way to develop circular economy. Based on the theory, the paper analyzed the development status of heavy chemical industry, constructed the circulation development pattern of Handan´s heavy chemical industry based on industrial symbiosis, and according to the circulation development pattern, proposed development recommendations and measures of heavy chemical industry to achieve a win-win of economic and environmental benefits of Handan City.
