Abstract
Search engine is very important for searching information over the Internet. Nowadays, there are many search engine techniques which narrow down the real requirement of uses. This paper proposed two new protocols: a specific search protocol, named the Information Searching Protocol (ISP), and a new routing protocol, Patrol Packet Protocol (PTP). This protocol allows users to enter a part of a required URL with keyword(s). Additionally, the ISP completely works with a new routing protocol, PTP. The result of the search is the short list of URLs that relevant to the entering search URL and keywords.
