Abstract

Traditional software for solving multiple criterion decision making (MCDM) problem are built in personal computer framework with expensive price. In this paper we propose a free online module for fuzzy MCDM based on VlseKriterijumska Optimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje (VIKOR) method and open source tools. Users can build their own problems by defining fuzzy membership, decision matrix, and weights. Finally, a financial choosing problem of government procurement is discussed to illustrate the convenience and practicability of the proposed system.
