    A number of multi-media applications are growing in the Internet, many Web sites are frequently faced with the problem of overloading the server. IP networks can not guarantee a specific QoS service requirement, which has become tremendous obstacles to develop IP networks into broadband integrated services network. This paper analyzes Web based on campus network and proposes based on the distinct services and middleware technology methods. Allocating the network users a higher priority to solve the problems that visit Web site slowly, not open Web pages and others; mainly research the queue management and packet loss control and improve the utilization of the package to protect the LAN Web service performance.
