On the base of IT in whole informational base unite not only the banks and state organizations also all economic subject with its cash register and separate physical persons with their mobile phones. This whole informational system creates the background for electronic money creation. The information becomes separate good and such information which is available for everyone, but their analysis is very difficult for separate company. That is why born the companies who refined the information and then sale them with fresh form. There is a disadvantage hacker attacks, swindling, but such tries will solve sooner, so the IT has a great future.
