The Exploration of Bank Construction between Towns and Villages in HLJ Province

For a long time, shortage of funds is the main problem which impact and restrict the development of production and operation of small and medium enterprises and peasants, according to the provisions of CBRC at the end of 2006, the first in six provinces in experimental work, then promote the scope to the 31 provinces, for more than one year, there are 36 banks of village and towns have been built up in some places, how to sum up and conclude the problems in experimental work and find out the appropriate solutions has become the important factors whether the work is done smoothly or not. The purpose of the article is to begin a preliminary study on construction of bank of villages and towns in Heilongjiang Province, try hard to develop the bank of villages and towns in order to solve the backward state of financial development, and promote social economy to develop well and fast.
