Abstract :
This paper proposes a framework for dynamic structure cellular automata & agent (DSCA2). Such framework allows preserving modularity of components as well as supports dynamic structure modeling of components during a simulation. The formal specification and the component-based approach of DSCA2 builds a solid ground for future applications of complex system modeling and simulation.
