Abstract :
In view of the characteristics of nonlinear, time-variable, large hysteresis of the heating furnace, combined with the advantages and disadvantages of the PID control and the basic principles of fuzzy control, we designed the system which united the fuzzy control and the PID control. After the MATLAB simulation test, the system has the merits of good timeliness, quick speed of the control, the stable state precision is high, over small and so on.
