Abstract :
This study mainly discusses the influence of job involvement, job stress, and compensation satisfaction on the job performance of stock dealers´ salespeople when conducting financial cross-selling sales. We sent out a total of 380 questionnaires, and retrieved 244 valid ones. Using regression analysis statistics to test the hypotheses shows that compensation satisfaction is a significant and positive influence on job involvement in salespeople´s financial cross-selling; the more job involvement is, the more performance is. Job stress are negatively influence on compensation satisfaction; job stress are significantly and positively influence on job performance. Lastly, compensation satisfaction are significantly and positively influence on job performance.
